Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, creative Growth Hacker who will work with visionary founders of our portfolio companies to help gain media exposure, propose best approach to grow user base, and execute on strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Create viral growth.
- Propose growth strategy to gain media exposure.
- Prioritize growth channels.
- Optimize channels.
- Bring traditional and creative ideas how to grow targeted KPIs.
- A/B test ideas.
- Analyze the data and users’ feedback.
- Exchange ideas / data / feedback in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
- Drive traffic to target websites, landing pages, social media, apps, etc.
- Work in a lean startup process.
- Scaling and automating the growth processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Expert in analytics tools such Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Good knowledge of A/B tools such as Optimizely, Test and Target, etc.
- Experience in Social listening and engagement tools.
- Ability to implement Search strategies and monitor progress.
- Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
- Being social and understanding users’ behavior. Having great customer relations skills.
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Design skills to handle website and landing page images.
- Programming knowledge desired.
Other desirable personal qualities and skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving.
- Performance and results-oriented.
- Curious and creative.
- Relentless in pursuit of growth.
- Other Asian language skills (verbal and/or written) a plus
- Overseas education and/or working experience is a BIG plus.
