Job Description:
The QA Engineer will work within the quality assurance team. The successful candidate will oversee all software testing for the company’s products, including implementing strategies to discover and track issues through resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Interface with internal departments (development, designers, etc.) to ensure smooth product delivery with high quality
- Create detailed tracking reports to track issues and resolutions
- Create, track, execute, measure, and intelligently optimize test case suites across products
- Collaborate smoothly with developers and product managers in a technical environment
- Oversee creation and maintenance of automated test suites
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with hands-on experience in an Agile environment
- Expert knowledge of Agile software tools, such as JIRA, Rally or similar
- Sufficient understanding of development process and technology to facilitate defect assignment
- Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and processes and software testing methodologies
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Other desirable personal qualities and skills:
- Programming or design experience
- Experience with automated testing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, management, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated attitude and aptitude for an energetic startup environment
- Overseas education and/or working experience is a BIG plus
